Which shipping carrier company does Hairapy use to ship your products?

We ship the packages through USPS, United States Postal Services. We ship domestically.

What is the shipping process?

As your order is hastily worked on with much diligence, to ensure quality of these handmade products we ask that once your order is placed, please allow 7-14 business days for processing of your order before it gets shipped due to current circumstances. Despite Priority Shipping, we still ask you allow up to 48 hours after processing time for tracking information to be uploaded.

How long do you have to wait for the shipping process?

Domestic shipping takes approximately 3-5 business days.

What to do if you're not satisfied with your order?

If you're dissatisfied with your order, please send an email to HairapybyJe@gmail.com with your order number and what product you are dissatisfied with and you'll be contacted shortly after.
